YOGA TEACHER TRAINING COURSE

Sinduamma says:
Life itself is a stage set out for actions. The effect of actions remains in the person as tendencies. Action with awareness purifies the mind. Karma is the code of the quality and the motivation of action. With awareness and right understanding life becomes an expression of Yoga Sadhana. Actions are the manifestation of inner self. Karma Yoga is the path of performing the duties with awareness which becomes compassion by itself. The meaning of Karma Yoga is in being in harmony with the cosmic consciousness and not egotistically motivated to maintain compulsive desires relative to results.Living in the present planning for the future, without being bound to the future. This is ‘inaction in action’ the highest path of yoga practice as guided by the teachings of Bagawad Gita. Karma yoga is the holistic practice of yoga.

So the yoga courses should be based mainly on understanding and practising karma yoga even while you are practising hatha or Raja yoga.
